How We Work
1. Rescue Activation
Once a homeless person is reported (via local police, Social Service Department, or emergency 999).
2. Official Registration
The team files a General Diary (GD) at the nearest police station to officially record the rescue before bringing the person.
3. Immediate Care
The rescued guest receives first aid, hygiene care, food, and clothing, followed by a medical checkup at the local Thana.
4. Shelter & Rehabilitation
After medical clearance, the guest is transferred to the Apon Ghor Shelter, where long-term care begins.
5. Family Reunion
If possible, we reunite guests with their families. If not, we offer vocational training and life skills to help them.
